The Speaker waived the Resources Committee referral for the                                         
following at the request of Representative Fate, Co-chair:                                          
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 90                                                                               
    "An Act relating to a salmon product development tax credit under                               
    the Alaska fisheries business tax and the Alaska fisheries resource                             
    landing tax; and providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                                                    
HB 90 was removed from the Resources Committee and referred to                                      
the Finance Committee.
